Alex got his Arizona real estate license in 2016. His wife Brianna had been in the business for about a year at that point, working alongside her sister Brittney Hernandez. When Brianna got pregnant with their first daughter Brooklyn and the property management side of the business kept growing, Alex jumped in so they could run things as a family.
Since then Alex has specialized in property management. Owners want one person to call when a tenant needs placement, the A/C quits at 9pm on a Friday, or the financials need to make sense. Alex handles all of it and treats every property like it's the only one on the roster.
Alex co-leads Boundless Real Estate Arizona with Brianna out of the Phoenix metro and is happy to take sales calls in the surrounding cities when buyers and sellers ask.
